      My every purchase through shopback is 100% successful where as success with cashrewards cashback is 0%. After contacting customer care I am spammed with many emails.

      I would prefer shopback with even low cashback.

        Just as an fyi… if you track with SB, you'll track with CR. If you don't track with SB, you won't track with CR. We both use exactly the same affiliate networks and those networks use exactly the same tracking technology. The only reasons one would fail over the other is if you have them blacklisted in AV/AdBlock/Router etc, or if you use a coupon/link that is exclusive to one partner and not the other.

    Absolutely true. Even yesterday I went for 6% cashback with ShopBack rather than 10% with Cashrewards, I’m sick of them, so confusing, and their customer service is terrible.

      what is confusing about using cashrewards? I've got the browser app and it pops up to tell me when there is a cashback.
      Click on Activate, complete purchase and jobs done…can't imagine how ShopBack could do it any simpler

      FWIW I've never had an issue with CR. The very few times I've contacted customer support have been fine and I cannot remember the last time I had an item not track.

      They've made it as simple as possible to use. You just have to be careful with AdBlock, cookies, etc, but you can't blame them for that. The affiliate networks use this tech so CR has to.

      customer service is terrible

      I disagree wholeheartedly. Whenever I've contacted them (either through their contact form) or via TA here, my issues have been resolved promptly and professionally. At times, my cashback is still declined after their investigation, but that's just because the problem was on my end with my computer, not on their end. This was explained and made sense. I didn't get angry or salty etc.

      What exactly is your issue with Cashrewards?
