Shopback didn't pay the cashback on their previous Vodafone deal.
They just fobbed off my provided proof.
    Don't expect it.

    • wow this is telling, does anyone have a shared experience with shopback, never used them

      Hi username02,

We have indeed paid out cashback on the previous Vodafone deal. Could you private message us the email address linked to your ShopBack account for us to see why this may not be the case for you?

      • Already contacted you guys. Didn't get the cashback. Plain and simple.
I'll stick with CR and others who seem to have a better attitude.

        • Identical experience to me.

The review rejected based on a list of reasons that didn't apply and then I was asked to resubmit the same evidence so they could review again!
Compared to the one and only review process I had to run through Cashrewards in 5 years which was easy and successful.

      • I had problems with my cash back tracking, gotyourback had my back and sorted it out for me. The money's with sitting there in my account now.

    • I received cashback

      Ditto…
Shopback cashback is a bonus if you get it.
Both my "big cashback" purchases made during Shopback's launch (May the 4th eBay purchased on mobile through their App and their Launch week Vodafone deal) have been rejected despite successful click tracking and meeting all other conditions.
Their claims process appears to be default to reject no matter the evidence.

    Vodafone is not cheap anymore.

Most of their customers went to Optus already.

    • Vodafone sim only 12 month plan 30GB data unlimited calls text $35 per month

Optus sim only 12 month plan 30GB data unlimited calls text $36 per month

  • 36 months on vodafail? No thanks.

Agree. But not just with Voda, basically you are not smart if going into plan. Think long term. Contract always end up more expensive.
