I have emailed Scoopons customer service desk twice now, in two weeks without response. They charged my credit card for 6 items, when i only bought 5 leaving me $69.00 out of pocket.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to contact Scoopon - they are pretty lousy at responding to their complaints - especially given their "no phone calls" policy.
All i want is a refund for the $69 owing to me. No Big Deal and should not take long to organise.
Scoopon's refund process is quite an enduring one. Usually wait up to 2-3 weeks before you see the fund.
I guess you've tried contacting them through email and now OzB… probably just wait for a scoopon rep to reply you with the standard reply.
"blah blah blah email our friendly support team via [email protected] and they will get back to you asap…blah blah blah"
Usually if you post something here and gave them the replied email reference, they tend to take priority for OzB complainers =)
