    Not sure, it was there for me to activate when I log into my flybuys account (although I don't recall getting an email okay just checked, I did get an email lol).

    Maybe check flybuys account (which your eBay is linked to) instead of eBay.

    5% by my reckoning. 2000 points worth $10 so 500 is $2.50.

    $2.50 off $50 is 5%.

  Just got this straight after i purchased an item worth $50 from ebay. I am not sure if this was a coincidence but i was targeted. Really sucks
