I've used these SIM cards before when travelling in HK and have had no issues with them whatsoever. SIMs are picked up at the HK airport.

These are China Mobile prepaid SIM cards. If 3G (up to 384kB/s but some reports getting up to 768kB/s) is OK to you, it would be much better to buy from China Mobile directly. The SIM to order is this one - (https://www.hk.chinamobile.com/en/corporate_information/Prep…), which costs HK$38 (about A$6.8 at today's rates) if ordered online. Once ordered you can choose to pick it up at a China Mobile branch within HK that suits you, and there is one in the airport.
The SIM has a face value of HK$48 of which HK$2 is deducted immediately on first use. If 3G is what you want you should immediately activate the "Lite Data Package" which takes HK$30 off your balance. This provides unlimited 3G data for 10 days. In the past as a promotion the first 10 days would be free which means you actually get 20 days of 3G access (the $30 is only deducted on day 10). Not sure if this is still the case or not.
You will still have HK$16 left on the card for calls ($0.05/min to $0.12/min for off-peak/peak) and text. Or you can top up the card with HK$20 and get another 10 days of unlimited 3G data.
While Klook may not be the best in 3G SIMs, I find them to provide excellent prices for the HK airport train to the city.
