From the reviews, es121 has better torque, variable speed and an OLED display. Also LiPo battery. However for $150 I'm not sure its worth it. The torque is still inadequate compared to any of the regular trade screwdrivers on the market, and if you're doing computer/phone work then Wowstick will do just fine.
