Every time you move a content from one app to the other, compare data side by side or multitask in any other way, you need all the windows arranged accordingly. Magnet makes this process clean and simple.

In one drag to the edge, you size a window into half of your screen. And by dragging windows to the corners, you snap them into quarters. Slide them to the bottom edge of your display to create thirds. Do the same on your ultra-wide monitor and arrange windows into sixths. Taking advantage of such arrangements eliminates app switching and greatly enhances workspace efficiency.

Magnet supports keyboard shortcuts as well, for every command it has to offer. There is that little icon sitting in the Menu Bar where you can find a predefined set or create yours.

      The free version is limited, you need to pay $4.49 for the pro version. So you bought $1.49, that’s a bargain!

    Offers in-app purchases. So what is Magnet Pro for $4.49? It says it lets you use an unlimited number of gestures and keyboard shortcuts. Will this free version stop working after a while?

    I'm confused, what's the deal exactly? Was it .99 cents previously and also with IAP of $4.49? Or was it previously .99cents with no IAP.

    This version has a $4.49 IAP to go Pro?

      i guess, previously, it was a paid pro version with no IAP.
      It just changed to a free app with IAP.
      If you bought the Pro version before and after update, it will stay as Pro version (at least for me).

    Thanks, I've been using spectacle (free app) for a while and this seems to offer the same functions but includes mouse support which is great when I forget the keyboard shortcuts.

    This app is essential. Windows snap is cool but this has more flexibility, and with the edge snapping introduced in Sierra it's really easy to organise windows.

    Great app. But was surprised to find Magnet Pro as an add on for $4.49… doesnt do much though - lets you use unlimited gestures and keyboard shortcuts.
