They have these for the same price at the PreMixKing in Punchbowl (NSW) - 30 cans for $30 (or 10 for $13).
yes we have them on special at Premix King Punchbowl (NSW)

So both cans and bottles are $1?

Any similar liquor discount store in QLD?
Queensland's liquor licensing laws make it extremely difficult to open a new store, especially when the big 2 snatch everything up. So I'd say not.
