So I’ve finally realised all my rubber sole boots give me nasty static shocks all day long. I work in a carpeted office so don’t have a choice there. Can anyone suggest places to get a rubber sole shoes/boots for men? Dress code is business casuals, so any other options also welcome!

True, but I’m kinda bored of wearing sporty shoes and sneakers everyday. So need to try out a leather sole to see if it helps!
I agree with you on slippery with leather soled shoes. They need to be well scuffed before I feel comfortable running in them on hard floors.
And I thought RMs were expensive!
RMs
Any idea where to get cheap RMs? I'm still spewing that I didn't get a pair for half price when Wellington Surplus closed down in Perth…
RMs are the only answer.

My Meermin's have been great (although I think only some are leather soles)

Damn, they are beautiful shoes, and goodyear welted to boot.
They are great. Relatively affordable compared to lot of others too
Did you buy them in Australia?
They are shipped from Spain but took less than a week from memory
These look great! Thanks, will check them out.
The static is probably worse from the dry air during winter, shouldn't be as bad when the weather warms up. I've found my leather soled shoes were slippery and don't last long when worn daily.
