Yes you can :) The receipt doesn't mention eBay at all so it'll be fine.
Mine just says "we encountered a problem, try again later" when i try to apply the coupon.

Are you trying to C&C? Usually that error comes up if the store is out of stock, try a different store and see if you get the same error.

Encountered "There is a problem during check out. Error Codes: Error codes: 70049 70084" when completing payment via Paypal. The order became pending payment.
Anyone else has the same issue?I got the same error. No PayPal or CC payment confirmation received.
I tried completing payment again after the error code. Now my eBay purchase history has two orders pending payment. I have contacted eBay and they are sorting out. Seems like Good Guys paypal account issue. Another thing to note is that on both order pending payment the 15% off code did not come up,which I pointed out to the eBay customer service as well. You may want to check to confirm.
I think Ebay sorted the pending payment, just now. My account was also showing the same pending payment, and now its all good.
Bit reluctant to try to order again with Good guys 15% off, same might occur again (something went wrong, please try again later)

I had the same issue, but when I used my other ebay account it worked fine. Seems like it's an account related issue, not sure why.
I'm still getting the error. eBay support seem to think it's to do with TGG PayPal account.
