People sometimes get Bunnings to price match themselves. Worth a try?
Could also be a national stock clearance, I'm not sure.
Hand written signs usually meant the discount is specific to that store.
North Parramatta store (the one OP is referring to) is moving. All clearance tickets will be store specific.

Yeah, Masters site. I wonder what'll happen to the old site. It was a Hardwarehouse store that was rebranded Bunnings and has a heritage facade on Windsor Rd.
I think it is going to become apartment like on the opssite side of the highway
It will be the same as the other side of James Ruse Drive, I believe. The site was bought a while ago for apartments to be built.
