Currently have the Philips Body Groom from 5 years ago but battery life is useless now.
This was pretty good for body grooming, but essentially want something now which will do what the Philips Body Groom does + help me trim facial hair.
I had the same I got some batteries and opened it up and replaced with some Eneloops and it works so much better now.
You opened up the Philips Body Groom, and replaced the factory battery with Eneloops?
How did you do this?
Would not mind a Wahl but their Body Groomers are north of $150.
I bought a Braun beard trimmer ~3yrs ago for similar price and it was crap. Combes broke easily poor self discharge, probably due to nimh battery. Much happier with my wahl li-ion now.

Anyone got any recommendations for a Wahl which can help with body grooming but also trimming facial hair?
any others? After a beard trimmer, $90 seems a bit steep for me, $30-$40 ones always seemed to do the job
so where are those $30-$40 trimmers now?
After spending $40, $20, then $60 on 'cheap' trimmers I finally bit the bullet and got the Wahl Li Ion below. By far the best Too bad the days of getting them cheap from amazon are over.
Can this Wahl one be used for body grooming?
They're a beard trimmer so probably a little small for body. My point was more about the false economy of buying cheap crap.
Aldi has some grooming kits coming on Wed 29th August.

I've got this unit. It is OK but a bit weak and the battery has really deteriorated over time.
Which of these 2 do you guys think is a better quality product:

Think you'd need to decide which attachments you actually need, and make sure you get clippers/groomers optimised for that,
do you need the shaver or nose hair attachment.
I like wahl clippers as you can easily get blades, but I have DE razor that I shave with, and a little Remington for ear and nose hair ($20).
