What almond milk do you guys recommend?
I'll agree with this. My wife just started meal replacement shakes, and being supportive I have also been having some for breakfasts.
This brand of almond milk was the first one I picked up for her to try. I was unimpressed to say the least.
We've settled on the Aldi brand almond milk for $1.99/L. I find it has a better taste, no nasty aftertaste, and basically the same nutritional value.
And this review comes from a guinness drinking grilled steak lover, so health food is not my forte.

Agreed, this stuff is revolting compared to other brands. Especially the Soy.
Almonds don't lactate!
As some of our colleagues have already alluded to, the quality of this almond milk is somewhat less than ideal. I would recommend vitasoy as an alternative, which can often be found for $2/L
Good price for coconut milk.
get a litre of coconut cream for about $3-5, mix it with water between 5:1 to 10:1 ratio, and you will get same or better tasting coconut milk for a much lower price, between $0.50 to $1 per liter. that is essentially what is in the box of all coconut milk.
Spend a bit more and get Almond Breeze, that stuff is the cows udders!
