I don't know if you've heard of Green Gadgets Australia but they have refurb tech - they have a Note 8 in Australia, with free shipping for $859 (apparently only 1 in stock, not sure how often it gets replenished).

Import for sure. AU stock has 24 months warranty by Samsung, not 12 months.

You can get it from Catch for $820. Way easier
Why is it easier? It’s overseas stock from an overseas seller, it’s not Catch directly selling them.
