  • When it comes to wipes, basically wet tissues I don’t understand why you would pay a premium for something you just wipe and throw.

We use target dri bits or the big w dimples. Much cheaper and cleans the Poo all the same

When they cost less then the coles single or group pack then why not buy a premium brand
Coles single pack with lid $2.50 where as this comes to just $1.62/pack Pretty Darn cheap

      • The Coles Big Pack Value is $10 for 6 pack normally so ~$1.66 per pack.

        • Without lid top too

        • @OhTeri BhenDi: This doesn't look like it has a lid, just probably a resealable plastic. But as you said, it's similar in price so might as well get a branded one =P

          @4tran:

They used to have a lid, but doesn't anymore.

        • @iampivot:

I wonder if the packs without a lid would dry out easier than the ones with a lid. I find that with the packs with a lid, the plastic underneath the lid tears easily, and it is the lid that keeps the wipes moist.

      • You keep comparing single packs with bulk purchases. If you compare apples with apples this is easily more expensive.

Dribots i6x80 is $9 from memory. Even cheaper for dimples at big w at 7.50 or something.

        No bargain at all.

Great timing on this one. Was going to start looking for cheaper options for our now toddler and this popped up. Also had $10 credit amazon waiting to be used so $2.99 for 640 wipes is a ripper

awesome. just bought 8 boxes. so thats 5,120 wipes…

    • Wtf, how many kids you got Broden?

      • 2 kids. Will use it up easy - this will last maybe 3-4 months..

Don't we all stock up on consumables when it's on sale? Just like bulk buying at Costco.

A real Broden would buy multiple items when only one is needed and try to sell for profit ? As this is what the original Broden did with a car boot load of computer mice?

That's around 50 wipes per day per child on a 90 day cycle. WTF are you feeding them?

        • @Zedsdeadbabyzedsdead:
4-5 nappy changes a day. Pee will use 3wipes average. Poop will use easily 6wipes. Then there is feeding which is easily 3 wipes per meal.

So easily used in 90 days worst case scenario and 120days best case scenario which is 21 wipes per child per day

You just did the maths for worst case

My previous comment was purely to let people know that this product is dodgy. Here is a quote from the link I listed “they still contain five(!) different parabens, including one which is banned in Europe! They also have 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1-2-diol and phenoxyethanol. I’d definitely avoid!”

I simply wanted to pass on the info. Can someone please tell me why I got 5 negs?

    • +1

There's a chance that they're harmful. Studies have shown that some parabens can mimic the activity of the hormone estrogen in the body's cells, and while estrogenic activity is associated with certain forms of breast cancer, parabens have been found present in breast tumors. I’d definitely avoid using them on my child.

  • still got a couple of boxes of woolies once upon a time brand they sold a couple of years ago 6x80 wipe boxes were $2 i bought 9 i think.
