i just bought destiny 2 off cdkeys for 10$ or so and i went to activate it, it was already used and i looked into the source of the image of the cdkey they provided me and it was a image from july 17. i sent a message to support and i dont know what i should do? do i charge back paypal or through my bank?
what if they accuse me of activating it?

Cdkeys are considered pretty 'legit' on OzBargain.
The activation date should pre-date your purchase date.
Their customer service is pretty ropy but heh they're European or English so what do you expect?
well there is always deals on here for them so i suppose that they were alright. if all goes wrong i guess il file a dispute
Seriously it was legit and not grey market for $12 usd with a ton of other games like 2 months ago on humble
that was two months ago and not today
Samed happened to me with Arkham Knight for $6. They apologised and sent me the special edition key free of charge
