        Yeah, I've had orders never arrive from them as well.
        In this case, my second order of cables was marked as sent the very next day, so I would've expected to have them by now. Will give them a bit longer.

    I said no to a coupon code and asked to just refund via Paypal. They said

    We are sorry for your inconvenience.
    We will arrange the refund for you as soon as possible.
    The refund will be returned to your original account within 1-7 working days, please wait patiently.

    This was for the velcro straps I ordered over 12 weeks ago.

    I'm still waiting for the 2m version of this USB-C cable though that I ordered on 01/09.
