Balblair 22 year old 1989 edition 2nd release.

Now on its 3rd and (most likely) final release at 23 years old.

This whisky will now become more rare eventually similar to it's 1969 counterpart which now fetches around $2500AUD a bottle. That's over 15%p.a, better than what the banks are offering ;-). This is a good collectors drop or heirloom single malt.

    Distilled in 1989, bottled in 2011.
    A whisky's age doesn't increase in the bottle.

  Margins for whiskies are low and most vendors I know don't keep more than 6 bottles.
