      I've only tried them a couple of times and thought they were really good. Burgers were a bit expensive, drinks and extras were very expensive.

      I wouldn't go so far as to say "pathetic" but I find the burgers average. If they weren't so expensive I'd actually consider it.

          The thing is "value" shifts from person to person - what I would say is that the product received doesn't match up with the price paid.
          Not a bad burger as such, just overpriced.

    I actually think they have quite nice beef that they use in the burgers, but
    I have found the burgers quite inconsistent between different stores/times. Can sometimes be really nice but other times very dry. Burgers are probably $2 more expensive than they should be and I would order more often.

    No signage in store informing of the deal either.
