How's the sound on these headphones in particular the bass?
Reviews mention the bass is a bit lacking.

Déjà vu I was looking at these from JB Hi-Fi email just now.
Bought the 505 for my wife and can honestly say they sound better than my qc35's in phone calls.
If you have basic music listening requirements and make lots of calls, these things are awesome.
So much so that I will be buying their big brother when they're on special and selling my qc35's

Got a pair of these and love them. Battery life is great, sound is really crisp, bass is nice too (not over powering), been drenched in the rain whilst riding and still work like new. They’re also really comfortable
