Sorry if silly question but does one have to be a paid member of the Palace Cinema club? I cannot get access to the $5 tickets. It asks me to sign in or sign up.
You don't need to sign up to the club to get access to the tickets

Haven't heard of a cinema that charges a booking fee per transaction rather than per ticket (Hoyts and Event do it per ticket) … Dendy have no booking fees

If you purchase your tickets at the cinema there is no booking fee.
Kino in Melbourne seems to be shut down for the week. Nothing is showing up on the website between those dates.
