FAQ's

Can I buy more than one of these SIM's?
You can stack up to 24 months of Lebara recharges. We recommend you buy this SIM pack plus up to three 180 day vouchers. Remember if you are on an existing Medium or Large plan, you can stack further but only up to 24 months maximum.

What about my existing plan?
If you are on Medium or Large Plan your current plan will still be active until its expiry.

What if I am on another plan?
Extra Small, Small & Extra Large Plans will be overwritten. If you need assistance with your account please call us on 126 122.

What happens Next?
Once you make your purchase, we will send you an email with your new recharge PIN/s. Recharge is the same as always, i.e. sending an SMS to 126 172, logging in to My Lebara, or by calling us on 126 123.

  • I ordered a $89 large plan on Sunday. On Monday, I called the customer service asking for an upgrade or cancellation, then the CS guy said the system was down at that moment and he will call back later, which he never did. Then I sent them an email and also PM Outthere. Now that this deal has expired, but still not any respond.

    Still no voucher for me too like most of the others. First time bought Lebara. I don't sense good here … money gone down drain?

    Guys just chat online with CS with your order number and they will give you PIN / Vouchers. I did that now and CS was able to resolve the issue in 5 min.

    This may be a dumb question but I have the existing $89 deal that expires in November I think, and I bought one of these $99 vouchers.

    Are there any possible issues with applying the new voucher of overwriting the existing package as opposed to piggybacking on the end of the existing package? Any thang I need to be aware of or careful of?

    I noticed that the SIM packs have their own mobile number on the back but I want to use my existing mobile number (aka porting). Can I do this or am I stuck with using a new number?

    • That's been too long. Have you contacted Lebara and enquired about it? I had to do that for my order; luckily I had saved a screenshot of the order number which helped the process.

    I have successfully ported and recharged using one of my 3 vouchers. The expiry date is correct at about 6 months from now. I have two other vouchers I would like to stack; do I simply enter these in the Recharge section (and assume they automatically stack)?

    Just making sure I don't accidentally 'waste' the vouchers.

  • Quick question, so I bought a starter pack and a recharge voucher. I have activated the sim using Starter pack code which has given me validity of 6 months. Do I have to add the 6 months recharge voucher now or can I add it closer to the expiry of my starter pack? If I add the recharge voucher now, does it extend my current validity by another 6 months?

        I'm still stuck on my crappy 5gb plan that cost me $99 even though I contacted the OP and customer service.
        Customer service likes to close tickets without responding to our resolving them

  • Hi, wondering if anyone knows how long it takes to port from Woolworths to Lebara? I filled out the online activation and porting details on Wednesday morning (still hasn't ported). Emailed [email protected] but keep getting "Delivery Incomplete" bounceback emails. Thanks in advance!

    been almost a month i still havent received my sim….any one with the same problem ?

    • mine havent arrived even though i ordered a sim starter pack. Now i have a voucher only without a sim… This has been 2months since order date….

  • So I got upgraded to the 16gb plan but somehow my speed is super slow now. I reckon they do something in the backend to cap the speed on the larger plans

  • Anyone already tried the vouchers bought from this deal and have this issue? I tried mine yesterday and it says the PIN has been used. Called Lebara through web chat and they said they will escalate to Head Office to check and will advise me as HQ is closed on weekends.
