Explain the policy violation with topfaithshop and globalshoppingnow and how they would not honour your sale after you already made payment. eBay assured me they are going to penalise the seller and escalate the policy violation.
I just kept saying I am awaiting the item anytime they asked if they could cancel, eventually they replied saying they've sent it lol
