Coles used to make a knock-off fruit and nut bar which tasted almost identical to the Carman’s one, but at about $2.50/6 pack every day. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen it in store for about a year
This is an amazing price historically. Usually about $6 and sometimes not discounted for a few months at a time. There's a bit of marketing to these, but these bars do taste better than e.g. uncle tobys or natures valley, the sugar content is not as high, and the macros on the protein bars (which are included in the sale) are not bad for muesli bars.

Looks like there's a bit of variation in sugar content, I'll have to try this out. I've been mostly buying Nice & Natural Protein Nut Bars which seem somewhat better for sugar than this, bit worse for sodium though. Probably worse for taste too.
The nut bars are nice and not too sugary.
The ones with chocolate or fruit or yoghurt are immediately higher sugar.
very tasty - one of my favourites , but lots of sugar.
Although perhaps not different from all the other "health" bars .My dietitian recommended it.

Seem like there are discounts across all of the Carmans range this week. The protein balls and cereals were on sale too. People seem to have totally raided my local Coles. Only 2 boxes of museli bars left and the rest were the $10 packs that aren’t on sale :(
