They remove credit & don't respond to complaints. So referral credit is next to useless. I lost $155 credit & they finally gave back $45😠

I’m going to have to neg this. I recently gave Gocatch a second chance after this (a decision I regretted later on) and made an advance booking only to cancel it a few minutes later when I realised that there was a 99% chance no gocatch taxi would show up. An hour I got 3 separate phone calls from Gocatch Reps that promised me that a taxi would show up. I trusted them and rebooked.
On the morning of my flight, no taxi showed up… I lost over $200 for missing my flight and Gocatch only gave me $30 in credit for over promising…
They should be covering the cost of the flights as you’re entitled to compensation for any foreseeable loss as a result of a major failure of a product or service under the ACL.

Just doing my duty as an OzBargainer to point out major issues with GoCatch honouring their promotional credits. This has not yet changed since the last time.
Good effort by OP for posting, but GoCatch does not deserve any sort of attention until they change their behaviour.

Yep, got another email today after asking them to escalate and threatening to report them as spam to ACMA. They didn't escalate and copy and pasted a useless response back to me.
