  • Owned by the same people as Borders. The only value for me is with straight $x-off deals; no value on %-off deals! Just my opinion of course.

    • No need to neg IMO.

  • +2

the prices are so bullshit. I was looking at this set of board books for my nephew which is currently being sold at big w and like for $6.00 but the same thing is costing $16 on their website. Talk about markup

    • but with 25% off they are only $12 ;)

  • +1

Don't think it is worth a negative vote, as value will be dependent on the specific books you want and so may be a bargain for some, but for the most part titles are available cheaper elsewhere. Thanks for the post anyway.

  • "for the most part titles are available cheaper elsewhere". Indeed.

  • Lol, only book i wanted is in stock everywhere, but still pre-order…. says on their website it was released dec2010…..

  • Will only be a worthwhile deal for certain books, if any. No harm in looking though (which I did, and still found the book I wanted to be $10 more than the cheapest on booko!)

  • When I look up books on booko A&R always come last…

  • Had a look for a few things. So much better selection & prices elsewhere. Seems quite expensive on the whole, though the deal might be good for someone. Not sure who :)
