    $69 singlets
    $79 'original price' tshirts
    $179 hoodies

Seriously these prices for unbranded clothing? Even at 70% off it's not worth buying.

    • +3

      $79 shorts, lol

      seriously overpriced

    • +2

I don't see anything that special.

Might as well make the shirts $790 then have a 96% off coupon. It sounds better.

  • +9

omg what did u do, mark up everything by 70% and then offer 70% off. these prices are BS. keep them

  • +4

LOL at this.. what a bloody rip off!! crap clothes too, never heard of them.

  • +2

    neg. lol

  • +5

lol at the plain green short shorts, looks like the photo could have been taken on the street without the person even knowing

80 dollars for a pair of shorts like that….. come on, seriously?

on the up side, the girl in the tilly singlet it hot

    • -2

the girl in the tilly singlet it hot

      maybe she needs antibiotics ?

    • +1

LMAO Green shorts FTW . Look like something the op-shop would toss .
$80 for those shorts is seriously taking the piss . If I got caught knocking off my mates mum and had to jump out the window with no cloths and found them in the bush , I think I'd rather make my escape in the nude .

    • +2

'on the up side, the girl in the tilly singlet it hot'

look closer, she is actually cold

  • +3

Geez, what's going on with some of the pricing here - $80 for those unbranded shorts is ridiculous, they look exactly like $15 shorts from Lowes.

Couple of the clearance items look passably ok in terms of price, but mostly ripoffs.

    • +1

I have seen a pair of shorts that look exactly the same at the local Double Bay Warehouse for $5 on sale..

    • I actually don't mind their hoodies that are on clearance (they are still overpriced but not THAT bad at 45) and there was one tshirt design I liked at $19, but everything else was a ripoff.

Can't get over the pricing of those shorts (and neither can anyone else it seems LOL) and $140 for those sweaters… sheesh.

    1. buy a container load of cheap $2 tees/shorts from china
    2. mark it up 1000%
    3. call it a new york spring/summer collection
    4. profit!
  • -2

    wow..u guys are harsh..lol
I guess something like this should be posted more on a fashion forum than ozbargain. :P

    • +4

So you're saying that stuff is fashionable?

      • …im saying fashionistas would probably appreciate it more than you guys as it seems thats the target market based off their branding and price point. As hard as it may be to believe, some people will pay this much for clothing, and these people are obviously not on OZbargain.
Do I think its over priced? sure, I print 1 off custom tees for their "sale price"
They obviously got into the industry to make money, not be a charity.

  • +3

    ROFL what a rip-off!

  • +2

    Worst "bargain" ever.

  • +3

RRP$69 for a singlet? Lol! This is like a clothing store run by Hoyts Cinema's snack bar

    Admiral Ackbar: "Its a trap!"

  • +2

What a load of shit. For the price of a t-shirt, a pair of pants and a hoodie, I could completely refurb my wardrobe from Target, which by the looks of this website would be the smarter option with better clothes anyway.

  • +1

    "Ends today at midnight, hurry!"

    Yeah, right </sarc>

Thanks SabrinaFu, I'm always keen to see what our young Aussie up-and-coming designers are working on. Nice to see a couple of Melbourne artists involved, the warehouse is here in Adelaide and the website designer too. Some fabulous bargains to be had whilst supporting our own. Who needs OS designers/brands, GO VAGUE.

PS Could everyone please be just a little more supportive and encouraging to our young people.

This website is not here to support uni drop outs selling overpriced crap.

      • -2

        What uni drop outs?

This website is here to support all of us and that includes Aussie workers trying to make a living.

        • I am not going to support people that charge rip off prices for VERY average clothes. I can get ralph bloody lauren for cheaper than that!!!!

        • No, it's not here to "support" anyone, except the owner of it who can do whatever he damn pleases.

    • +1

I wonder how many 'artists' collaborated on those green shorts.

For that kind of money I'd rather be 'supporting' a drug habit. No not theirs.

    • What exactly makes this brand worthy of our support? There's nothing original, unique, innovative or creative about what they do, nor is there any commitment to quality, value or sustainability; the brand fails to meet any of the criteria by which I might consider giving it support. What they do barely qualifies as design — merely putting prints on cheaply made, generic garments sourced from China and applying an insane markup on the final product. There are already far too many clothing brands out there doing exactly the same thing.

And unlike many innovative, up-and-coming Australian artists and designers that keep the entirety of their operations in Australia, Vague doesn't see fit to to support our (struggling) local garment industry by manufacturing their products here. So why should we feel any patriotic need to support them? This brand is the very definition of disposable fashion, and their business model should be condemned, not applauded.

  • ebay.com.au has the same shirts, all from Korea.
go straight to the source, none of this middleman foreplay.

  • LOL support the website designer she says. funniest thing ever.

    what a load of hullabaloo.
