      Difficult question - there are a few differences - there are washed, semi washed and natural processed coffees there.
      I lean towards natural coffees as a personal preference for the more vibrant fruity notes.
      The washed and semi washed offer a cleaner profile typically.

      The Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is a natural and organic coffee - light roast - fruity and floral - and a Silver Medeal winner - worth a try for sure :)

      I recommend the globally caffienated promo so you can try 4 diffrent types :)

    Got the Dark Roast Brazilian last time and i like a strong coffee. Very nice with my Breville dual boiler as a flat white :)

    Brazil or PNG I would say - the fruity notes are lost in the process so the darker roasts are ideal :)
