Hey all my Newcastle OzBargainers. Saw this deal on hunter street next to the KFC Palais (the old pizza hut, 684 Hunter St, Newcastle 2300). Opening day is tommorow and it says the deal goes for their opening week. No idea on the quality, taste or size but for $3.95 I figure it's worth a try.
In case anyone was wondering, the usual price is $5.

No, The Little Ceasers chain is from the USA and its a very large pizza chain, along with Dominos, Pizza Hut, and Papa Johns, its one of the big four pizza stores. Little Ceasars is opening stores in the eastern states and the market USP of the chain is that you can walk in and walk straight out with a ready cooked pizza without any wait.
Interesting that little caesars is trying to expand to Australia. It's like an extreme version of Domino's AU in the US (Domino's US is actually decent since they improved their formula). This is the shittiest pizza but I remember this being at all the birthday parties when I was young at $5 for a large. The crazy bread is decent though (I mean, how do you really (profanity) up breadsticks?)
The dough on their normal pizza is extremely dense, stiff and smelly, it is really like cardboard. But since it's so cheap I would say its worth to try it once as well
With that said, I liked their deep pan pizza (totally different base). The crazy bread is nice as well.
PS do not get their chicken wings they are really awful, plain chicken with sauce unceremoniously dumped on it, a total rip off - was not even deep fried
In contrast with others… I actually reckon these aren't bad. Half(ish) the price of dominoes, wouldnt get anything else besides the 5 buck pepperoni though as price is must higher.

Have tried Little Ceasers when the Leichhardt store opened. Terrible pizza, just as the reviews and previous comments on previous posts.
Looking forward to Papa Johns comming to Australia shortly, its supposed to be more like Crust Pizza.
