Last year's model was a hit. What about this one for under $1900?

Agreed - picked up the TLC 65P6US for $1270 and it comes with a $200 VISA card via redemption so effectively $1070. Unfortunately not enough stock to post as a deal.
Which store ? link
Sold out unfortunately https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/65P6US-TCL-65-inch-P6-QUHD-Andro… There is still this one for only a bit more but they don't mention the gift card so I'm not sure if they are participating https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/TCL-65-65P6US-QUHD-Android-TV/32…
unless it's the 2018 american TCL 120hz model i would stick with the hisense… the TV you mention above is 50hz… most companys, this year, produce a base HDR model set at 50hz.
I found it very hard to get a straight answer on refresh rate actually. TCL claim a "clear motion rate" of 100 whatever that means.
July is title improvement month.
That's been fixed. Moderators and power users spend time fixing titles throughout the day and any help is appreciated. Thanks for posting!
@ martyn, did you receive your TCL model yet seems they do have stock again? Can't find also the warranty on the TCL site, and not any review of this model. Specs are limited, but for $1070 for 4K 65" really considering this. Haven't bought TCL before, would this be better than a 55" Samsung entry level 4K (ie. 7100 model) if anyone knows.
No I haven't received it yet. I have been doing some reading though and I watch a lot of sport so I don't think 50hz will be great, might return it unopened….. I have seen it in store and picture quality is great IMO - on a par with more expensive models.
I feel like hisence didnt do much of an upgrade for the price they are asking for this years model, i think this year tlc is the bang for buck tv to buy
