Thank you ,just got few metters Barcelona Continuous Sheer today.
Clear warning - What ever you do don’t ever order clearance products online from spotlight. They’ll take your cash, split your order up, deliver some of it (if you’re lucky) from various stores then cancel anything else they ran out off and keep your money - then it’s a 2-3 week argument with Paypal or your card company to get reimbursement. If you must deal with this incompetent company, go in store and pay with a credit card that insures your purchase!
Well it may have happened to you, but it's a long stretch to assume it's going to happen to everyone…

Not much of a stretch at all.
I take everything back.Actually their Bondi Junction store recently took a hit - maybe a year ago underwent a refurbishment. They seemed to have sacked half their experienced staff and taken on a bunch of part-timers who seem a little lost. I understand the store was downgraded given their profit results didn't justify the staff expenditure. Bit hard to get hold of someone with a clue now.
Perhaps there's a bit of that everywhere.
Product Review is a joke, just a place where people go to whine.
I've seen plenty of good products trashed on that site.
And regarding Spotlight, I've never had an issue.
I imagine Spotlight is run by 80 year old grandmas. I’m actually amazed they still exist.
