Lounge passes are allocated only upon flight delays, and not at the point of registration; ie confirmation of registration does not guarantee availability of lounge passes should a flight delay occur. Once lounge passes have been completely redeemed, all previously registered flights will no longer be eligible for complimentary lounge passes in the instance of a flight delay.
