2. In each Monthly Draw (total 4), the Entrant with the best entry based on the skill of the entry and answering the questions will be presented with an envelope containing a number from 1-200:
   (a) If the Entrant's Selected Envelope contains the exact Number selected by them, the Entrant will win a Mazda3.
   (b) If the Entrant’s Selected number does not match then they will win a Secondary Prize (as listed below).
