    Yeah quite! I was going to go for these because I want the ankle support, but after reading this I think I'll get the Kathmandu branded ones which are on sale for the same price. Probably not as good, but these don't seem worth the hassle.

  I bought 2x of this before this post. One males and one female. Sizing is a bit weird as I tried it on at Kathmandu beforehand and they highly recommended this but at over $300. This ends up cheaper than their Kathmandu brand and supposedly doesn't need a lot of breaking in.
