Adding bias lighting behind the TV helps.
Philips (why they refuse to offer decent models in Australia is beyond me) offer TV's with a feature called ambilight, which adjusts a backlight integrated into the TV that changes with what is being displayed on the TV, it's a pretty cool feature. Big W I think are one the few retailers that might have one that you can look at? Otherwise there are retailers that sell Philips TV's online.
I really wish Philips would bring back some of their better models because they are meant to be pretty reasonable value for money.
Edit- Philips only offer their lower end models here I think.
Sensitive to what?
Bees. Everything is sensitive to bees.
EYE BALLS
Just chuck it on movie mode and you'll be be right
Have you googled it ? https://www.google.com.au/search?q=best+tv+for+sensitive+eye…
