I bought a Dell monitor on Saturday through Shopback, but haven't received any email and see no cashback activity on their website in my profile. I suspect this may not have gone through. Anyone able to explain?

I referred a couple of friends recently and shopback said they couldn’t see them being referred from my account. Got my friends to forward me their emails so I can forward to them and never heard back from them since. :(
Pretty instant just like cashrewards
Just to give a general holistic view, the time it takes for activity to appear varies from store to store. Most take up to 2 days, some might be a little longer. If nothing appears after a week, then we'd suggest to submit a claim here or to send a message to [email protected].
I just used shopback today and got an email confirming my shop back credits pretty quickly.
You can try to make a claim, but on my attempt they rejected for a reason that was completely bogus.
Couldn't be arsed taking it further, just went back to Cashrewards who haven't failed me yet.
Based on their "investigation" of my claim and their apparent inability to track multiple sales events despite using the same tracking technology as Cashrewards (that has and continues to work perfectly fine for me on the same machines/devices), Shopback is a scam in my experience/opinion.
