Coupon in todays Sun on the back page of Switched On.

Getwinesdirect.com have the Coupon again.
This time I cannot see a exp. date on the deal but it does say whilst stock lasts

    If they really wanted to hurt Dan Murphy & First Choice, then they'd post the voucher online instead of printing in the Herald Sun, that way, once it gets posted here, it will go ballistic… (It will also save them a lot in advertising costs, I'm sure a full page add in the Herald Sun isn't cheap…)

    Liquorland currently have Sol for $35. Mexicans in Mexico drink Sol not Corona. For us aussies though, Sol/Corona are somewhat similar beers but I prefer Sol personally. Not bad, these can often be >$50 a carton.

    +$5 for nationwide availability.

    UPDATE: Oops sorry it might have been $40… Still an alright price but not a bargain :(

      Can't say I saw much Sol when I was in mexico a few months ago, but Coronas were everywhere, even in the non-tourist towns.

        My american flatmate who spent time in Mexico told me the tourist circles in Mexico only have Corona much like Americans coming to Australia expect to see Fosters everywhere, it's catered towards americans and other foreigners but outside those tourist traps you begin to find a lot more Sol and other "unheard of" beverages.

        Not saying you're wrong, just that I've heard differently. Beer is beer = win for all :)

          wtf, that is the exact opposite of what my mexican friend told me. He says there is no Sol to be found in Mexico City and if you were to get beer, it would be Coronas. But they do prefer tequila.

          Oh well who knows, maybe different parts of the country different beers? Like Tooheys Blue (NSW) and XXXX (QLD)? I don't know, what I do know is I enjoy both beers when they are on sale for a cheap skate like I to buy some :) (sol/corona that is)

          I just got back from mexico. There is a lot of other beers there that the locals drink, depending on where you are in the country including tecate, dos equis (XX), modelo. I didn't see much sol either, and coronas were doing the rounds. I reccomend trying dos equis and modelo, not as light on the taste as corona. This was all miles away from the tourist towns too, which do exist and are like disgusting mini-USAs. But either way mexicans love to drink and will shot tequila with you even if you they don't know you.
