    Cheap but refurbished by who? JBL themselves?

    • no idea but only 30 day warranty, you would think if JBL they would back their own refurb with longer

      • Yeah if its 30 days that would not be by JBL. If it is refurbished by someone other than JBL (seems likely) i wouldn't be comfortable using it in situations where it needs to be waterproof (even though it is meant to be).

    • It's not by JBL. Mainly because these aren't JBL speakers - just cheap knock offs. Bought one. Didn't work properly. Couldn't use JBL Connect. Hadn't owned one before so checked online and had all the marks of being fake. Klika were good, no argument, sent a return postage label so I didn't have to pay. Have yet to get the refund but it's only been a few days.

  • I've been waiting for charge3 under a $100 for a long time. I don't care if it is scratched here and there, but is it really good as new?

  • Cheers, cancelled my order for the flip 4 which was 78 bucks but still out of stock on amazon and got this :D waterproofing doesn't matter too much to me so refurb should be fine

  • Charge 2+ has a way better sound and is smaller, just saying. $79 is a great price for Charge 3, as long as the battery lasts.

    I order one from klika on 2 July, and received a fake charge 3 this morning. Contact them and ask me to send photos. Now just waiting for reply.
    It took 6,7 days and from the delivery package (shows aupost), I can say it is from a Third party distributor in Australia. Be aware of these fake product……

    I received a FAKE Jbl Charge 3 today in Melbourne through auspost, sold by KLIKA as Refurbished JBL charge 3 with warranty.
    100% fake. Waste of time, money n excitement.

      Me too, terrible quality, i will fight for a refund in true ozbargain fashion through accc and jbl directly. I will not rest.

          So just spoke to their online help who simply replied.

          "Apologies if the item you received is a fake. For us to better assist you on this, please send us an email to [email protected] and please provide a brief description of your query."

          Will report to paypal and see what happens.

          Has anyone had a response to their emails yet?

          @EightImmortals: the supplier would probably say it is NOT FAKE, and be totally a waste of our time. I will wait two more days, if no response, escalate to PayPal see how it goes then.

          I'll give them until Monday to have my refund sorted and then will escalate my Paypal complaint to a refund.

        • @hongxinl: I wouldn't panic, I have yet to receive the email with the return postage sticker. Anyone else get it yet?

          Also, take photos of the package and contents before sending it back. (If the label actually arrives). Document everything for paypal.

        • @Galangtaufiq: I sent mine back today after they emailed me the RA number and postal label. It is a tracked parcel. basically the good were not as advertised and in my case didn't even work. They can't not give a refund, if they don't then the next step is to escalate the claim with paypal.

    • bummer. They sent me a pre-paid return form yesterday so I sent mine back. Hopefully they will refund no problems.

      • I just received the form email today. It ask me to send back together with the goods. How am I possible to do that???

        • You print out the label they sent you and stick it on the box that your speaker came in. Then just take the box to the post office.

        • @EightImmortals: they sent and I returned the item and it says being delivered already. They only sent me the label on 12th of July twice and yesterday sent me the RMA form separately. So I sent back the RMA form back by email. When did you received your RMA form? Together with the return label?

          Nothing new from klika but I just check my paypal account. Klika has done the refund for me……..good day.
