4 years ago they were $1.99,
Last week $1.65
now $1.49
I had a sore back on sunday, went to terry white for ibuprofen. paid too much for it, then saw these at Aldi later that day. the horror, the horror of it all.

I was just thinking today how little my back hurts after work on keto and I assumed it was the protein.

Same here. Make sure you don't over-do the protein on keto btw.
I'm eating lots of avocado, EVOO, plain full-fat greek yoghurt and some fatty fish but I still don't know how you get your fat intake so high for keto, I think I'm defaulting to excessive protein..
Careful my Aldi has the wrong more expensive version but advertises a cheaper price
I found this out when I checked receipt
I have had to forcefully remove the price label and remove the boxes
Staff was confused and I told them not to rip off the poor (poor suburb) but whoops they did it again
I hope they don’t do this again or I will have to punish them
Should I add supplement this with red bull (sugar free) before a marathon on an empty stomach (for less weight)?
There's a lot of things with what you said to take issue (regarding energy drinks in general as well as ibuprofen on empty stomachs), and IANAD, but I've read there's some evidence that augmenting painkillers with caffeine increases their efficacy and so you may be happier with a smaller dose, though I've also read it's not entirely conclusive.
But OzBargain probably isn't the place to source medical advice.
Yeah, I tried it. Not a good idea lol.
Really? Can you give me a link. I love sugar!
