  Young people aged 16 to 30 who are sexually active will be paid $10 if they accept an offer at a participating pharmacy to undergo a chlamydia test.

  I am 16 now, so if i try everyday until i am 30, will get approximately $50000
  i think this is a great bargain /sarcasm/

  Gotta laugh though, if multiple claims are possible, this maybe another good idea a la home insulation scheme, where the government hasn't thought through all the issues regarding costs.
