Didi, a rideshare company similar to Uber is offering 50% off rides up to $10, up to 2 rides a day, until July 31. I've listed the rates and a sample fare below.

So for long rides Didi are good. Good to use the $50 voucher if you picked one up. Uber seem to be offering $3 off rides this week in Melbourne.
There doesn't seem to be too many Didi cars. There was at least 1 car for the 2 times I launched the app today but currently as of 12PM seeing none. No doubt this will get better as more drivers sign onto the service. Best to have a backup rideshare service ready.

This is getting out of control. I've already got Uber, GoCatch, Taxify and Ola on my phone. I'll have to install DiDi now to ensure I get the best deals :)
Ola is pretty hard to beat at the moment with 30% off rides…their app is the closest to Uber too in my experience. Taxify and GoCatch are a distant third…
