        Braun Mid Season Ironing Cashback - Terms and conditions
        Purchase period: From 14 May 2018 to 30 June 2018.
        Redemption period: From 14 May 2018 to 30 June 2018.

        15th of July is for the ironing board promotion. It is quite confusing when click through the above link which bring me to the bonus ironing board promotion. I need to go back to the top page then click the $30 cashback one. The T&C shows redemption ends 30 June.

          The ironing board and iron promotions both say 15 July.

          All valid claims must be received and finalised by 15/07/18 (including provision of proof of purchase)

          The T&C's are very muddled. Most of the irons have already shipped anyway, so seems like it won't be an issue regardless.

          @doweyy: Not sure which link did you click through. Go to the top page and you will see two promotions. Click the $30 cashback and it will show you my above text. Just that some may think you can claim days later and miss the boat

          FYI both pages are exactly the same, only difference is the URL. You can't claim on 30/6 if it hasn't shipped, so it seems they give you until 15/7 to finish the claim.

          The pages are different, but the T&C's are the same. Also if you look here on the claim page, it says 18 January 2018 yet they're still paying out, I believe it's 15 July as the last claim date, and 30 June as the last purchase date.

    Received parcel today but no invoice showing my payment. I have an online pdf but that just shows amount outstanding - did you guys received a paper invoice showing a $0 balance for the claim?

      No need to use a printed summary, the tax invoice in your order history on Amazon is sufficient evidence fo you to claim! All they need is proof that you bought one, and this is through an Amazon tax invoice, I think they just cross check the invoice number with Amazon before they accept.

        No, different email. The 12 week one is 'Claim Approved' (subject line) email which we received not long after submission.

        The 5 business day one is the new 'Payment Processed' email.

        I emailed 3 weeks ago and they replied:

        Your funds have been processed. We ask that you please check any and all bank statements for payment as follows:
        Pay period: 2nd July 2018 – 6th July 2018
        Amount: $30.00
        Paid By: Delonghi or Digital Glue

        Unfortunately I just checked and there is no deposit fitting this description so I have replied back. I would be surprised if anyone has received their funds yet and it looks like we will have to chase them up.
