BluRay BD-R 25Gb can be had for $2.36 at MSY in packs of 25.

Not everyone has a blu ray player or reader let alone a blu ray burner

    • Xcopy brand bluray @ MSY are $2 each in 10 pack, and the LiteOn writer detects them as verbatims! lol.

why not bluray burn @ $100 - $130 for a great writer? There's even a triple-layer Pioneer out, even though there's no blanks for it ;)

  • are these singapore made?

    • yeah i want to know too, it would be nice if the rep could answer this.

    Oh, spinning disks how quaint…

    • I suppose you're onto purely SSDs and memory sticks now?

        Well he is a king.

  • msy's everyday price: 10 pcs for $20

      if so that is awesome

EDIT: not in stock on MSY

MSY in NSW rarely has them in stock, last time I saw them having some in stock was more than a year ago, despite their website saying otherwise.

  • The only use for DL's is for my 360 (hitachi) and it gets read errors with these but the xtacts from msy bulletproof read, I still have 90 x BR that cost me a buck each so it's hard to justify $2+ for just 8.5Gb apart from the above mentioned.

  • DVD-R DL suppliers priced themselved out of the market for the very beginning…they were never anything like a sensible price, and sales were always poor as a result…now they've been overtaken by BD-R…sucks to be them! ;)

and not to mention that now at $ per gb it's cheaper (and much faster) just to store on hard drives.

  • Do you need +R or -R for XBOX 360 backups?

  • Hi Sonicentropy what are xtacts DL media i have seen Intacts at MSY website is that what u mean? as im after media for xbox backups also but find most brands are dodgy unless i buy Verbatim but its cheap for dual layer for this purpose at this price
