I think 20% off is decent, there's certain things they just don't reduce often/ever.

Last year on the Friday only (30 June) they were advertising "a minimum of 20% off every item", with much bigger discounts on many lines.

They claim that you can cancel your order with no penalty applied as long as you do so before it's delivered, so if you're getting something delivered/not picking it up on the day you could cancel the order and re-order it if the better sale eventuates.
Related: Has anyone claimed on their lowest price guarantee? I'm wanting to get them to match their own price (ordered a few weeks ago on a different sale, but with the 20% off it's a couple of hundred difference), but not sure if they cover matching themselves. If it comes to cancelling the order and going to the back of the queue then it's not worth it for me, but if they can just refund the difference then better the money in my pocket than theirs.
Followup in case anyone else is wondering - the policy seems to be misunderstood by some staff however a manager called me back and advised that they can apply the current pricing/discount without affecting your delivery date, which they then went ahead and did for me. Definitely a plus for them with that!
Amart Vs Super Smart? What's the difference?
Mostly spelling.
It's just a rebranding I believe. It looks to me like they're trying to shake off the reputation they have for being the cheap and nasty option.
Could be wrong though.
Super Amart vs Amart Furniture - Probably to differentiate between the old Amart Sports shops (which got coalesced under the Rebel branch last year), and make it obvious that this is the "furniture" shop, not the "sports" shop.
word of warning - we have 3 seater sofa from them that sank in the middle after 12 months of use. they're good with warranty but we got tired of chasing on it and incovenience of constantly moving furniture to move sofa in/out.
