All 296 rooms offer stylish and modern decor, ensuite bathroom, tea and coffee facilities and wifi. Main amenities include an onsite restaurant, indoor pool, fitness centre and onsite parking.
MONA is just a short ferry ride away with many wineries and cellar doors just 30 minutes' drive from the hotel. Visit over 300 stallholders at Salamanca market on a Saturday where you can sample local produce, organic treats and hand-crafted cheeses.
Lonely Planet says "Hobart’s waterfront precinct is certainly a buzz, with old pubs alongside new craft-beer bars, myriad restaurants and cafes, museums, festivals, ferries, accommodation…and all of it washed with sea-salty charm and a sense of history."
I was looking at this hotel the other day and it did not look like they offered parking - I ended up choosing a different hotel given this fact - it is pretty common to hire a car when you fly down to Hobart.
Edit - maybe I was wrong - I think they do offer parking - oh well!
