Looks like the dell wasabi printer which was on sale before i think for $30, photos were as sonicentropy described. Definitely wouldn't pay $95 for it.
Dell one was actually $17, and is basically a re-badged version of this one. I got two of them, photos on one of them are crap, photos on the other one are worse still. Good fun for the kids though.

Yeah, same printer as Dell Wasabi but more expensive. Not a bargain.

I picked mine up during the $20 Kmart Clear Out don't touch them they are sub par quality
rubbish. terrible print quality, ridiculously overpriced print media
I picked one of these up when Kmart was running them out for $20 never bothered to buy more paper, print quality was bellow par, fuzzy and colours faded quickly. Another example of great concept poor execution.
