  • 2.1kg but not a bad price for a capable laptop.
Anyone using one of these care to comment on the user experience.

With the 2GB RX 550 you might even get some 768p gaming (with video settings at low) done. Not worth trying 1080p gaming unless it's older titles.

This is for the 4GB version but gives you some idea of what to expect

I only paid $1089 for mine. : ) Only had it for a week and haven't even tried the Radeon graphics yet. I have read these machines can get very hot and the screen lacks brightness. That has not been my experience at all. When i first got it i updated the bios thru the Lenovo Companion app. and also updated the Intel and Radeon video drivers plus the network drivers. Maybe others should do the same.

I tried ripping a large MP4 for a couple of hours to see how hot it would get. The bottom of the machine got pretty warm but easily acceptably so.
The fan didn't get at all noisy either. I have my brightness control at about 75%, anything higher is too bright for me.

This is my first flash laptop and so far it has been great.

  • Im a rookie here, if compare with dell inspiron i5 7000..which one is better?? currently they are both price nearly the same. around 1149 before 10% cashback from cash rewards.
i just need laptop for basic use,no gaming intended..
    thank you
