MINISFORUM has some deals and this one stood out; it is a barebones PC without RAM, SSD, or operating system, but comes with the following:

• Intel Core i5-12600H CPU
• vPro Enterprise Support

        Sorry which one comes with no power plug. All of the ones I have mentioned come with AUS power or are powered via USB C.

  There are of course lots of other systems that can give you more compute for the money. GMK has the 8250u based mini pcs that you can get barebone for like $300 on aliexpress. The real boon for these Minisforum MS-01's is that they have much better connectivity with 2xSFP+ and 2x2.5gbpe. As far as I know nothing else is giving you that.
