The Bed frames don't look they scream quality :(
Be particularly careful with bed frame dimensions. The photos are shopped to make the headboard appear taller.
Do not buy anything from this company, they send out broken products and refuse to refund! They even try to tell you that under consumer law they don’t have to refund!
20% is not nearly enough discount for the crap they sell! And their poor customer service.
I’ve bought 3 wine fridges and a mattress from them and have never had an issue.
Bought a children bunk bed from them last year and have to say their customer service skills is a bit lacking. Took a bad review before they consider a response. Very close to 6 months to to get all the replacement parts delivered.
The bunk bed look very good on their website, but not that good when it arrived.
Plus, the quality of the material is very cheap…..
Scary cheap prices before the discount is applied!
Can anyone comment on quality?
