I bought computer/netbook that cost under $300, (Bought for going overseas trips so that work can send me info)
What is a reasonable amount "business use percentage of the purchase price" for tax deduction so that ATO will not suspicious?
Thank you,

No, I have a different computer at home for private use only.
100%
You should be asking an accountant, but sounds like 100% is right. I'm assuming you paid for it rather than your employer.
You can help your case by keeping a dairy/logbook… not sure if there's a minimum time frame for a notebook, probably either 4 (based off phone/internet rules) or 12 weeks (car rules).

200%
You can use the true estimate. It's a cheap laptop anyway.

The amount you actually use it for business.
Under $300 you can claim it all
You actually bought it for business use so claim/depreciate 100%.
do you have a laptop other than the one you just purchased?
